Premium Injection Foam
Our Installation Process
No surprises on the day. Here is exactly what happens, in order, from the first call through to the walkthrough at the end.

Step by step
Assessment and consultation
We inspect the walls, confirm the construction type, and find out what is actually in the cavities. You get a written estimate with the scope, the materials and the timeline before anything is booked.
Preparation
We protect the work area, the landscaping and the floors, agree the access points with you, and confirm where power and water are.
Access points
Small holes are drilled into each stud bay, either from outside through the siding or from inside, depending on the construction. Siding courses are removed and replaced where that is the cleaner route.
Injection
Foam is injected under low pressure into each cavity, from the bottom up, so it fills completely and does not bridge over a void.
Monitoring and quality control
The installer checks fill at each bay as the work progresses rather than at the end, because a missed bay is far cheaper to catch while the equipment is still on the wall.
Post-installation inspection
We re-check every bay for complete fill and confirm nothing was missed around windows, doors and corners, which is where incomplete jobs usually show up.
Cleanup and restoration
Access points are patched, siding is reinstalled, and the site is cleaned. We leave the exterior the way we found it.
Walkthrough
We walk the job with you, explain what was done, hand over the paperwork and the warranty, and answer anything outstanding before we leave.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the whole process take?
Most single-family homes are completed in one day. The assessment happens beforehand, so installation day is installation only.
Do I need to be home during the installation?
Someone should be available at the start and for the closing walkthrough. You do not need to be present for the full day.
What happens to the holes afterwards?
They are patched, and where siding was removed it is reinstalled. On most homes the access points are not visible once the crew leaves.
Will the work damage my landscaping?
We protect plantings and beds before starting. Anything we have to move gets put back.
